- Can distribute under this licence, the SQLite API For LabVIEWs dynamic libraries binaries' contained within the publicly available Creative Commons distribution.
- Cannot modify, alter or change source-code or binary components of the SQLite API For LabVIEW, for any purpose without the authors signed explicit consent in writing.
- Cannot create source-code derivative works for distribution without the authors signed explicit consent in writing.
- Cannot transfer, sub-licence or in any way defer the rights of the original author.
- Cannot decompile, recompile or in any way attempt to discover proprietary intellectual property of the author that has not been explicitly made available.
- Cannot circumvent any passwords, encryption or other security precautions taken by the author to secure parts of any supplied source code or binary software.
