A deployment license is required for distributing the "Enhanced Binaries" to a target system. You must purchase one deployment license for each target system on which the Enhanced Binaries will be deployed.
You do not need a deployment licence for distributing the binaries that are available with the SQLite API For LabVIEW package distribution that is under the Creative commons or Commercial Licence. This licence only applies to the AES256 enabled and VxWorks binaries.
An Enhanced Binaries Deployment Licence requires an existing Commercial Licence as a pre-requisite.
